Look out for snakes during the spring.

So the other day my Baby and her brother go fishing at the local city lake. We find a spot in the shade to throw our lines in the water. This was on Easter Sunday late in the day. Wind is good and it isn't too hot outside. So I'm tossing in my line for a bite till I decide to get up and see if there is better luck around the tree. Walking I was looking mainly out on the water, but not at my feet. I step on the path and look down and see a black snake curled up on the dirt, right where I'm about to step. I jump up, as you can see in the picture, and start to dance around this thing. The snake goes left and I go right, it goes right, then I go left. In the end I think we scared each other. The snake makes his way in to the grass and I'm there laughing from all the sounds I made jumping around the snake. So when you get out there don't forget to look where you step. Lucky this snake wanted nothing to do with me, I hope that he didn't. Or was impress by my fancy foot skills and then said, "You shall pass." Other than that had a good afternoon fishing with my baby and behind outside. So keep an eye on the ground when you get out there, never know what is under your feet!
